If we are using a software currently, how easy is it to switch to Cascade?

Very easy. Once we have your data, we can have you migrated over to Cascade in a matter of minutes. Our integrated upload tool keeps your active permits live and editable as a record, along with any completed permits you may have. You can upload documents to the completed records and have full functionality on any live permits.

Do I need to download any software?

No. Cascade is a cloud-based web solution. However, you do have an option to have the software hosted on your own server if necessary.

Is the information and records ours?

Absolutely. All information recorded in Cascade belongs to you.

Can you receive and keep track of payments?

Yes. Payments can be received and uploaded into your accounting software.

How easy is it to use?

Extremely. Cascade has been developed by building officials, permit techs, and inspectors. It is very intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to operate both in the office and in the field.

Can Cascade tie into our existing GIS layers and data?

Yes. Cascade mapping is run under ArcGIS and can be manipulated to show any and all layers or features that you have currently.
